They might have them come to some type of office to make a copy of an ID or something like that for safety purposes for a female leasing agent but other than that....just schedule a time.

If you're catering to travel nurses, more often than not they are solo female travelers and safety will be of the utmost concern.

After 3 months and the last one (a female couple), he said I don’t want to share with anyone else.

Don't be so quick to let the female roommate off the hook just because she moved out.

Also, know that your pool of prospective guests is going to be smaller because most travel nurses are female and many won't feel comfortable sharing a space with a man they don't know.
