Renting out my condo near downtown Royal Oak to Traveling Nurses Pros/Cons

Hello everyone, my name is Jake Dudal and I am a 1st time homebuyer located in Downtown Royal Oak Michigan. I just purchased a two floor condo in royal oak that I am considering fully furnishing my spare room and renting it out to a traveling nurse once I move in, in August.
