The destination of the direction I was going was not a bad one, however, some of my life goals (home ownership (X many), a yard for my unborn kids, laundry in my own unit, passive income to go to my unborn kid's field trips on a whim...) were just too far out of striking range within my preferred timeline.

You should plan on a trip and take a look at the city first hand!

I was recently on a trip in Michigan and drove past at least 30 properties.

Trip charge was cheap, materials seemed very high. 

Although I am not ready to pull the trigger and purchase right now, I have been looking into both of these markets and would love to connect with an experienced realtor who has lived and worked in the area for quite a while who would be a great resource and eventually my realtor and the first of my team.I will be planning my first trip out there within the next 6 months so I would love to connect with someone who would be willing to meet me and show me the opportunities out there.For the meantime I just would like to establish contact with them for more insight on my goals and if they believe that I can find what I am looking for.

We are taking a trip out there the weekend of the 22nd and want to drive by a few areas and see if there was anything worth taking note of.

If you aren't from here, I recommend making a few trips in person here and to really understand a few neighborhoods to invest in.

If not, a trip to city hall would be the fastest way to get an answer about your specific property but I'd say you'll need a variance to get permission to add a driveway which in Jersey its may be a tough task.

Making enough rental income to allow me to focus on turning my family's farm into a family business and allowing me to go on a service trip to a different country each year.

The reason I am asking about Indiana is that I am flying there soon for a business trip.
