I currently live in a HCOL area in Los Angeles county. My wife and I want to get into multi family investments but know the price is too high in our area. We want to venture out a bit and have some family in Texas and was wondering if anyone had recommendations. Any help is greatly appreciated. We are taking a trip out there the weekend of the 22nd and want to drive by a few areas and see if there was anything worth taking note of. Thanks again for any help you can offer!
