Hey, heres an idea, tell your kids ds to stop picking at the paint and eating it ,then screaming lead posing and try getting a pay day.  

We picked this bank because it was on Bigger Pockets.  

I may just try to find someone local to pick their brain.

An up to date tenant quality map would really help me make better decisions as I expand; I'm 100% remote from several states away.I plan on expanding my Akron and Canton holdings, but I might be convinced to start picking up properties in Cleveland too if the numbers work better with similar levels of managed risk.

There are so many experts on here it is tough to stand out, but picking say multifamily or 1031 specifically will help drive a ton of business.

We've done a few of these over the years and I've never had anyone pick Option #2.

Reality of it is if you want to profit typically you need to make a business out of it and only approx 5% of people are actually cut out for handling the operations of a business - this is why you see so many so called “tire kickers” but most of the gurus don’t care and they know right from the start 99% of the time which trainees have a chance to succeed or not but that doesn’t stop them from taking peoples $.

I also don't quite see it as being the same as picking a city to live in - I went through that process in choosing Austin but that was more emotionally driven.
