Don't blow them off, tackle them head on!

So a lot of basic renovation tasks I can tackle alone.I'm thinking to start1.

The knowledge we gained was priceless and we are now armed with the tools needed to tackle another project.

My question for the forums is, are there other ways to tackle this besides just placing him on the deed and taking over the mortgage?

I'm a fan of the KISS method so you could ramp up to develop a 200 unit subvision or a high rise condo hotel but the simplest next step would be to tackle your own flip or new home infill project.

Right outside of Urban Core - It was something no one else wanted to tackle How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Would it be more wise to tackle the student loans and then start investing or save up a little more and start investing in a multi-family unit and start paying off the student loans?
