Looking for a webinar panelist - ADU financing tips

Hi there, I run and educational resource for Californian property owners who want to build Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). Many of them are tackling the question of how to best finance their project.

If you're on this forum and spend a lot of time thinking about how to finance projects like ADUs, please reach out to me through BiggerPockets or my website www.how-to-adu.com and let me know about your background.

Hundreds of my subscribers are interested in knowing their financing options and I usually get 10-20 engaged folks to attend the webinar on topics like construction, design and (soon!) financing.

I'm especially interested in topics like "How you can use cash out refi to improve your mortgage rate AND finance your ADU" if that helps get the wheels turning.

Thanks for your interest.
