I just recently got my 1st property under contract and was hoping that someone might be able to direct me to an investor friendly title company here in either Bryan, TX or College Station, TX.  

I have spent the last 5 years serving in the US Navy currently stationed on Fort Gordon, an Army post (!)

They were a gas station at one time.) 2- have a old house and garage that have to be torn down.  

They also have a naval air station so there would be some quality tenents nearby.  

I had done several Sanitation garages, Fire stations and libraries in city of New York and fortunately, City of New York had paid for removal of tanks and contaminated soil around it.

I have a Chase Ink card that gives me 3% cash back at home improvement stores (plus gas stations, restaurants, and office supply stores).....unfortunately I was just looking at their site and the new Ink cards have different categories than mine.

. ;) We turned our owner occupied property into a rental when his duty station changed about ten years ago.

I notice that when I drive under the power lines while listening to a radio station from far away, it gets very fuzzy and scrambled.

I went from a terrible commute to about a five minute walk to the train which brought me into Penn Station.

I am currently stationed in the Los Angeles area as an active duty Marine.
