OK, I am looking for some assistance.  I just recently got my 1st property under contract and was hoping that someone might be able to direct me to an investor friendly title company here in either Bryan, TX or College Station, TX.  

Thanks everyone!  All the assistance and threads on this site are awesome.  Everybody is so helpful, too.  I wish I had found this site a couple years ago.
