Within 48 hours it had 9 or 10 offers on the table and sold for $5k above list price.While at a REIA meeting, one of the speakers who is basically a market analyst for the area noted that with the massive influx of people moving to this area there is a shortage of SFHs to the tune of around 4,000 properties.

I didn't listen to the whole thing yet, but the guest speaker seems to be very well versed in this space.

I'm a member of KYREIA but not otherwise associated or have a dog in this fight but I'd hate for you to write it off due to one bad meeting or one opinion here as I've learned a lot...There are plenty of pitches and most all of the speakers are providing their advice in the hopes of getting you to buy their service, join their program, etc. 

Then I just pressed play on the "Google Music" app on my phone (Android) and it played through my car speakers. 

She was late to the meeting, and the promised guest speaker was a no-show.

Will be announcing the first few speakers shortly.. 

I also enjoy the NEREIA in Chelmsford (Shameless plug: I happen to be the speaker in July).  

The main meeting will be a national speaker.  

We just confirmed the Mayor as our speaker!

Their guests speakers have been informative, but I am wary of some of their small group sessions.
