Hello, everyone! I'm so glad I found this site! The information has been very, very helpful! I'm an aspiring REI in Louisville. My wife and I are in the process of purchasing our first property -- a quadplex. We're very excited to begin and a little nervous! I'm looking forward to meeting other members in my area.
