Use the top three or four discriminators so applicants can screen themselves.Then you need to have clear screening criteria yourself.

This was labor and parts and I know the electrician personally so it would have cost more going through someone else.

My method has always been to call every listing that hit 90 days on market in areas that I want to buy.

I sell my own properties so I make sure to go overboard on this.Also, put your property on the internet on other platforms, like Facebook.
