Is there anything else that you send with the letter, like a picture of the property or a selfie in front of the property (have heard others from podcasts doing this)?

And do they still get ad free podcast listening?

Just listened to an interesting episode of the Bigger Pockets podcast with @josepha and it got me thinking about investing in a section 8 rental properties in more expensive markets, particularly my hometown Los Angeles.

When I have listened to the podcast and looked around on the forum it seemed like most letters were pretty simple, but I just wanted to make sure my letters looked reasonable to anyone with a little more experience.edit: The list is going to absentee owners with over 50% equityThank you!

What helped me build confidence were the following:-Listening to as many podcasts including BP as possible-Utilizing the miracle morning routine daily-Read as many real estate investing books that I could get my hands on-Attending as many local real estate meetups as possible-Finding a mentor that was doing what I wanted to do at a larger scale and providing him immense value so he would take me under his wing-Starting my own local real estate meetup-Walk as many properties as possible and make offers.

A lot of people will write books or run podcasts saying how much they care about others, and then turn around and plunge a knife or take whatever backhanded, deceitful action they can to profit.

I am currently in the process of listening to every Bigger Pockets podcast in order. 

I don't want to spend hours on hours of listening to podcasts, picking up nuggets...and lots of fluff.
