I’m not sure if it’s quite geared to me as 25 year old newbie to all of this, but I can at least come as the eager and naive nuisance at least once before we figure that out 😃

Hi @Tiffany Alexy , I think that the laundry in the master may be a nuisance but shouldn't be a deal breaker.

I would also check city rules here too, I know some cities in Colorado limit how early we can start loud work, while this is rarely enforced, you could be accused of trying to squeeze out the other tenants by being having the construction noise be a nuisance for them.

He also seems bothered when I ask any questions and I hate feeling like I am a nuisance.

Personally I have little tolerance for PITA tenants and would let them go if I thought it was going to continue to be a nuisance.

Hello,, After you have bought a tax deed or lien in Florida , and that property has same municipal liens, (code enforcement liens or nuisance abatement liens).

Also I hope the other guy renting the side doesn’t leave bc she is a nuisance.
