Hi @Noah Audette and welcome to the BP community. If you're looking for an agent who is also an investor, checkout @Sol Yasin. He a good guy who is also a BP member. He works out of Pitt Meadows but I think sells across the Lower Mainland.

We have a local get together every month or so to share info and network.
