Lender in Virginia (Preferably around Richmond area)

Good morning BP! I am looking for a lender that has experience with rehab and investor loans in or around the Richmond, Virginia area. I had been working with a loan officer from Towne Bank, but his response time is longer than ideal. He also seems bothered when I ask any questions and I hate feeling like I am a nuisance. Does anyone have a loan officer with investor loan experience that they would recommend in Richmond? Thank you for your help!

Charles "Charlie" Aldinger @ First Heritage Mortgage has been wonderful to me. He returns texts ASAP with an ETA for whatever my request is. He has answered all my questions with patience and seems genuinely passionate about the conversation.
I have not met him in person, nor have a actual done a mortgage/loan with him (the multi-family market is tight here, can't seem to be the winning offer!). Let him know I sent you his way!
