If they think it has merit and can be won, they will take the case pro bono (no fee).

I really don’t see much merit in opening thread after thread to discuss Grant Cardone.

I live in CT for 10 years (Bridgeport) and my company's office is in Norwalk and I liked the city and the commute to it everyday (I took the Merit Parkway, loved the deers). 

I understand the merit of cashing out and capturing the dollars from the appreciation, but if I can't put that money to work to get the same kind of return, is it still worth it?

What @Justin Moy states has some merit but is only a part of it.

Why not simply focus on highlighting the pros and cons of your own deals and letting investors choose you among all the opportunities in the investing universe based on your merits?

I honestly see a lot of assumptions inherent in what you're suggesting, and readers can judge for themselves the merits of the responses on BP. 

So, if they sued, I would expect them to win on the merits.

For items that are very active, the return should reflect the level of effort required (whether BRRRR, flip, development, etc).We agree that the merits of this investment is not dictated solely by its cash flow.
