I doubt anyone can tell you where the servers that host the plant are located but many of the people charged with searching an occasionally examining the title are in the Philippines and India.

Did the host charge the guest additional fees after the booking? 

If you talk with Kyle or Allie Fugatt, tell them I said hello...they are the masterminds behind getting STR hosts/investors together in Atlanta. 

I ask because I'm looking into acquiring and launching one in Canyon Lake and haven't found local facebook groups like I have in my home area for STR hosts.

Still, the best card for you will depend on the creditworthiness of the personal guarantor (which I assume is you) including your credit score, recent credit inquiries on your credit, debt-to-income ratio, and the age of your business, and a host of other benefactors.

It's a really unique vibe that I don't get from any 'similar' groups.They do have some great online courses, but a few times a year, they also host 3-day retreats in different cities for 17-20 strangers, who seriously do leave with lifelong friends at the end. 

Guests typically only use their suitcase anyways, Dressers are also a great spot for guests to leave items behind that the host has to then deal with.
