In search for a Mentor

Hello BP community, I am beginning my journey into real estate investing and in search of a mentor to guide me. I am currently in college and about to graduate in May. Following graduation I am commissioning into the military as a 2nd lieutenant. My current knowledge comes primarily from books, podcast, and YouTube videos. I am hoping to learn from someone who knows about REI so that I am ready to purchase my first rental property once I leave to my first duty station. Thank you all.
