cite=61.34but, since the various new laws, and attitudes, it's better to let the homeowner lose their home, move their kids, who lose contact with their friends, to a new school district with money they don't have, imprint the trauma on the family of losing the home, lose any equity, become homeless, and have a foreclosure on their credit for the next seven years, and because of the foreclosure on their credit have a very hard time renting for years to come.

I definitely considered the increased focus on debt pay-down...and I really don't need cash flow from this one...just trying to capitalize on the opportunity and play this one long term...We may still look at this one as a project for housing folks on voucher...market rents in the area are pretty solid...my wife wants to end homelessness, so this may be her start ;)Cheers, and thanks again!
