I was at the gym this morning and did a double-take when out of the corner of my eye, I randomly saw them on a promo commercial for an upcoming episode.

@Benjamin Riehle Adding pool, jacuzzi, gym, laundry hookups inside units, etc would help you increase the rents further assuming you can make space ofcorse :) . 

But the *salient* portion of the point is that you can do that on your phone while in the gym doing cardio.  

I just want to make sure everyone isn't flocking to these new apartment complexes with pools, gyms, etc.

Here I meet them at the gym having coffee or in the locker room after senior circuit training.  

Just like there are apartments with gyms and pools, they usually charge the most.Also, think of it from your perspective of "would you live there?"

My advice is similar to others , get educated.Instead of listening to music on your daily commutes or at the gym, listen to bigger pockets podcasts or Tim Ferriss “Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever” Podcast.

Sometimes you want to update the gym/clubhouse or add a dog park.

Also if they exercise regularly, they may shower at the gym as much as they do at an off-campus house.

I go to the gym six days a week, and am on a treadmill 35 minutes a day.
