They steal stupid stuff like people's flip flops. they party late into the night on weekdays. they behave as if residents are there solely to facilitate their good time and buttonhole them for information and directions when they're out walking their pets. they tailgate at the beach access because the hosts are too cheap to pay the association dues. they trespass on resident's property to fish and sightsee then become belligerent when asked to leave. etc etc etc.It really does degrade the character of the neighborhood and the experience of living here during the high season.  

I'm a fan of smaller associations where you can be a big fish in a small pond (that's what I own), but I'm not sure i would invest in a condo complex where there's a lot of decision makers.  

I'm not 100% sure who I need to partner with but here are the nuts and bolts:I put my money in with a larger group to lend money to a hospital.

I'll just talk to my dad's fishing buddy. 

Hi Steven, I live in Foco as well and go to Nebraska quite a bit on trips to Western/Middle of Nebraska to go fishing and hunting with my significant other.  

Fishing is good on the lake, mostly large mouth bass.

I went to a bigger pond to catch bigger fish.

Maybe, there are some lakes to fish in, but other than going to movie theaters I did not see many things to do.In California, you can go ski in the snow less than 2 house from Los Angeles and go jet ski on a lake on the same day.

Hi Jean,Stock it with fish and have fun fishing all summer.Plant wild rice and maybe Ducks will show up--beautiful creatures to watch, and some people hunt them.Build a dock and toss in a small row boat....for romantic evening rides and something for the kids to play with.[1]>>> Have it tested for chemicals...some of these ponds have a years of farm runoff in them--pesticides and manure--it would be a shame if it's toxic.[2]>>> See if the sides go straight down (like a farmer scraped it out for whatever reason) and it would be dangerous vs. like a beach.Good Luck!

I think the pulley might be related to the tenant’s boating/fishing hobby (his boat is permitted on the property).
