After about 5 years we unloaded it, since then we sold everything in Richmond and went to other cities with much more growth.If I would go back to Richmond, I would stick to the museum district and anything west of it following broad st till about the children's museum.

I would also recommend checking if your house would be in historic district as that will complicate any exterior improvements now and in the future.If you would like to meet up sometime my husband and I would be willing to help a local investor.
