I bought an annual plan with Remine that gives me access to property information across the US so I am able to extract certain absentee and distressed property lists with home owner or corporate name with the first name, last name but no contact info so I have to skiptrace most and cold call but no luck yet.

With these limits, expectations should be for sweat equity nut not to be able to extract full investment. 

No system can extract motivated sellers from the public.

I.e. extract wealth out of stock market and apply it to OZF.  

There are very few cases where a plaintiff has actually tried to extract assets out from a Cook Island Trust.

It is easily calculated including resource extraction, manufacture, shipping, and installation.

You could extract some 20% deduction by lowering your W2, but I would not do it without discussing with a tax expert first.

@Xan Thomas I think having a list of questions or information you want to extract from the homeowner is great as long as you arent just peppering them with questions.
