My normal process, is that they indicate that they are interested, I show them the property, they fill out and application, then we execute an agreement for lease.  

I think the only restriction on this would be your ability to actually execute the lease.

If you need to fight off a dog, they are most vulnerable in the eyes, nose, and testicles. 

Execution is key but people don't execute.

Even if I was in favor of the new rule, they never asked me if I "live there" or not.I contacted the HOA to ask what had happened and they told me the executive board has the power to do whatever they want with the parking spots. 

I actually kept one STR condo and turned it into an executive rental (semantics, I know).

@David VanWert The challenge with a BRRR partnership ship is really timing... what I mean is that we’re o key using our money on the very first deal, The you execute BRRR and do it all over again with your initial cash that you just pulled back out.That said, for me to partner with someone at this point, they need to bring something to the table aside from cash, since the BRRR method provides for recirculating cash from deal to deal.

I'd say it's an evolutionary thing but, that's when we are vulnerable and this is why I believe it is likely it's an evolutionary thing by them.
