I was wondering where you have been, since my last post had to do with some kind of promoting they took it down before I could reach out to you.

Yeah there's still a bunch of information marketers and coaches selling, using and promoting 2 and 3 decades old business models.

Use the VA Loan in 2020 to get that first property, house hack and "learn the ropes"..........and then when the two of you get stationed somewhere else.....you WILL be able to use the VA loan again and by then the two of you will be making more money as she gets promoted and then perhaps in the next duty station the two of you can afford a different place.

I've seen many different forms of promotions to get a renter to sign early; gift cards, percentage off of rent, or something like a small deposit for a pet, etc. 

I actually plan on getting a few homes in Norfolk to rent out just as a way to diversity my portfolio; however, I like how passive investing in notes can be, pending that proper due diligence is conducted before purchasing the note itself.

International migration is growing substantially and Houston is now considered the most culturally diverse city in the U.S.

Even though there is still room for promotions and different job titles.

If your intent of this post (as suggested as a possibility by another poster) was to market yourself, then this thread will get shut down as self promotions are not allowed outside the marketplace forums.As far as your rant and self proclaimed war against the “boys”, I think it is in poor taste but that is simply my opinion as this topic is just your opinion, not fact.
