On the positive I found 265 dollars in cash in 1 dollars bills in a closet in a readers digest hard cover I almost threw out, but a dollar fell out and I stopped just in the nick of time before it hit the trash.

I'm completely amazed at all the information provided on this site, the blogs, the podcast etc and trying to digest it all is pretty overwhelming.

Still accumulation, processing and digesting.

It takes time for a seller to digest, then they are primed for a different offer. 

Once the pent up demand is spent, I expect to see a dip followed by a steady recovery as the economy digests the true fallout from this crisis.
