What is the risk of simply painting anti-microbial paint on the wood and rebuilding the bottom part of the cabinet and plaster/paint the garage back to it's original state.

Just something we have confidence in doing, but not anti-agent for sure.

I don't know much about Cook County, but I have heard horror stories of how anti-landlord that particular county is.As to the taxes, well yes they are quite brutal and generally you'll average between 2-3 months per year in rental income to pay the tax man.

I am usually very anti SFH TKs but if you have a ton of capital then I think TK large apartment complexes are awesome.

The buyer would need to use a Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac loan because they don't have anti-flipping rules.
