Are their specific methods or software used to monitor a projects schedule, keep GC's and subs accountable and all involved parties on task?

. - I am agreement with you, but as far as who would be willing to pay the fees for property management, accounting services, and administrative tasks, a lot of the BP members wouldn't.

I have invested in stocks, REITS, options, and other things in the past and currently, but this is a new adventure for me. 

What Ryan said ,it’s also changing faster than the speed of light.eg Rural north and south around 10th was /is very impoverished but the City has bought at least a dozen properties along Rural primarily south of tenth Re promise zone ,so a lot of really good things happening around here.To make the numbers work now you kinda got to jump Rural where previously you would have to been very adventurous Hope this helps a little

Friend, you have just embarked on the whimsical adventure of missing the point.While milenials and their ideas have an important place in society, what I took away from Steve's comments to you was that the way in which you conveyed your thoughts seemed superior and egotistical....which doesn't fair well within this BP community, which is comprised of intelligent, creative, resourced, and experienced investors sharing ideas. 

I use jason from HoSu he has been very helpful, quick to answer my questions and willing to learn and grow with me on my real estate adventure.
