The town is approx. 17,000 and the facility is also in close proximity of 3 major Lakes and one small University.

I am just on the other side of the lake from you but invest up in Everett where the numbers are a bit more investor friendly.

Hello BPJust looking for a little insight from all the wonderful and experience investors on BP, here’s my situationI purchased 3 tax liens last year in Lake County Indiana, two of the properties are in Merrillville IN, the other one is in Gary IN.So here’s my issue, I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA....I’m really familiar with the area and I’ve seen all the houses in person so i know the condition of each.Cost of each property#1 $3800 purchase, $1000 lawyer fee, $2000 back taxed= $6800 total investment.

New guy here, hoping someone has good advice for me:I have a guy who wants to sell his mobile home, land included, in Holly Lake Mobile Home Park in Pembroke Pines, Florida.

When we opened the door, all I saw as a lake in the living rm.

I believe weeding out the non-interested by listing as you have described is a good idea.I've entertained the thought of using CL, but in my immediate area (Lake County and Kenosha County) I don't know that it will be useful.

We lived in Irvine for awhile, and are now in Lake Forest.
