My current shower stall has one plastic bar on the far wall as shown in the second image.Obviously these would require the walls to be reinforced with blocking between the studs to affix the bars which would require removal of the shower enclosure.My question, can I ask the tenant to pay for the grab bars and the professional installation?

I plan to cut off the pipe after the T where they were joined and replace with schedule 40 plastic all the way to inside the house.

If you're for some reason unable to finish up the payments before the 18 months then just re apply for another transfer to another card to prevent paying the major interest rates.I'm very surprised more people don't take advantage of these opportunities.Also, plastics enables you to pay off your monthly mortgages.

In Santa Rosa, we have one area of Fountaingrove where the city detected Benzene in the water--they think it was from the heat "melting" the plastic in the distribution system, but they still haven't pinpointed the cause.
