Call their bluff.

Countertops and cabinets are a bit out of my scope.This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit in a solid B class neighborhood in Fresno, CA built in the mid 80s so solid oak cabinets are what I'm working with.

The second one a large (10 foot diameter) oak tree on the property line between my and a neighbors back yard fell on my house during a wind storm. 

I run a group in Oak Park, and I often go to the groups led by @Brie Schmidt and @John Casmon. 

You either call their bluff and see if they cave or walk....or you accommodate the reduction in price and finish the deal.

Do you think if you call their bluff that you will win?

Hey what's up @Dan Stephens, we had a meeting at Smokin Oak in DT Vancouver a few weeks ago as a casual and fun way to get to know each other. 

In Princeville, on Kauai's North Shore, you're situated up on a bluff, so you're very high up off the water, but you can still see and hear the waves in many places.

I wish it was just the doorbell but these people are screwdriver happy, I have over 100 year old oak woodwork, most of it in perfect shape, until this guy puts holes in it for a temporary fix for something.  

He is calling your bluff on it being a cash offer.
