New Member Intro, SW WA area

Hello,

I'm a newbie in Camas, WA, (25 minutes from Portland, OR 2.5 hours from Seattle, WA). Both my wife and I work full time. We're focusing on paying down debt but want to start learning about REI now, and buy-rehab-rent-refi in particular. If we continue paying off debt at our current rate, we'll be out from under my student loans in less than three years.

Who in the BP community is in the Clark County, WA, or Vancouver, WA area who would be interested in connecting for coffee or lunch? In particular, I need a real estate attorney and an accountant (I'm self-employed, so I need an accountant anyway). I'd prefer to work with someone local for both of those services if possible.

Looking forward to learning with this community.

All the best!
