Unfortunately when I was looking, MLS listings were around double, if not more, depending on location around Blue Ridge.

One young agent said "I am not doing double the work and only get half the pay". 

A few very small things I noticed are there are a few pictures that are duplicated and I would rework the title some. 

Many investors use a general rule of thumb for midterm rentals that they should earn about 50% more in rents than an equivalent long-term rental (whereas short-term rentals should earn double or 100% more than if the property was utilized as a long-term rental).However, for DSCR lenders, change can be slow and challenging, and many lenders prefer and require more precise qualification measures than rules of thumb.

Looking online is better than nothing, but selected pictures never tell the full story. 

The picture is one my most recent listings. 

I would not put "before pictures" that are ugly, because people cannot unsee things and usually have no imagination about what it could look like.

The number of STRs in that community have doubled in the past 18 months, the HOA reports 160 operating there.
