Unfortunately due to personal reasons, I was not able to attend the event.

I will be flying in couple of weeks and I can attend for sure if it's around the same time. 

I always recommend that anyone getting started attend in person meet ups.

One that I aim to attend quarterly is Elite Investors.

Denver has been a very solid market over the last 10 years and looks to continue the trend as migratory patterns continue to head that direction. 

You can't advertise yourself in the forums, but you could upgrade to a Pro account and fill in your signature so every post has some marketing, and you can always include "As a property manager in Denver, I address this problem by..."

I'd recommend attending CTREIA events.  

Attending these events will help you network with experienced investors and build a solid educational foundation in real estate before you take the plunge.

Hello Fellow Flippers in Denver Area - Last ditch hope, but I have to put my question out to the Bigger Pockets universe. 

Perhaps markets like Denver, Austin or Phoenix but I think there's lots and lots of places that are great for house hacking.
