It's tough to figure out which type of asset to invest in in CRE (multi vs warehouse vs storage.. etc) and also where to invest.

The home depot rep told me that although the LVP would withstand water really well and be very durable, it would probably feel cool to step on whereas the laminate would feel much closer to room temperature and that this was something I needed to take into consideration.

My Fluke temperature gun says the ambient temp is about 20 to 30F which isn't bad considering outside is -25F without windchill.... paaartae

No secrets to it compared to finding good opportunities in multi family/warehouses/retail/office/ etc.

I am looking to purchase warehouse space for our business and would like to speak to somebody with a bit more experience in this arena.
