Anybody on BP in the Raleigh/Durham area have experience investing in industrial properties? 

I am looking to purchase warehouse space for our business and would like to speak to somebody with a bit more experience in this arena.  Our family business owns/operates commercial retail but industrial seems to have its own nuances about it.  I'm looking to connect with some one who has experience in this sector, maybe grab some coffee on me sometime.
