What would I uncover on a tour?  

Now I did have a client hire an “attorney” to send me a demand letter for $400k, after my ten second google search I was able to uncover this said attorney had his license revoked, reported him to the state bar and laughed all the way to her eviction hearing.

I am seeing a lot of 3bd/1ba with garage or 3bd/2ba with parking driveway (uncovered).
