I like your attitude towards tackling your student debt.Assuming you're fresh out of college and don't have a wife/kids at the moment, I think a 2nd job could be a good idea - depending on your desired lifestyle.

There’s an abundance of ways to tackle it but the only thing that bothers me is how small the units are for the price .

We need recommendations on the best way to tackle this project, do we need to hire a structural engineer or will an architect suffice (if needed typical price? 

What would you do or how would you tackle these issues of getting tenant out and sale.

My objective was to try to quickly re-sell most if not all of these, to tackle some personal debt, and then build up reserves for the next sale where I can buy to hold, rehab, and rent.Until now.My question is, once I get the deeds in my hand, who's going to be left standing to sell these things to?
