BiggerPockets has really brought a lot of people together and made more success stories than ever, many people can tell you how their lives have changed because of BiggerPockets.Many people have been working together, people from all over the country are working together and sharing information with each other.Everyone wants to see everyone doing good, that's the greatest feeling ever the support is great. 

@Wai Wah Chan Would you agree that you should charge whatever rent the market will support?  I

I assume that the beam support is not enough and we need to do something to fix that

It can go poorly in both ways.Also overseas support is becoming the norm in public accounting firms, I wouldn't let that be a disqualifier. 

Thanks for the support, I have stockpiled hundreds of e-books full of wealth of information and have to agree that school is great but I have learned more than a semester or two's worth of knowledge in the last two weeks from researching these areas myself.

I joined Bigger Pockets about four months ago, hoping to be able to network and meet some people, but the site is so expansive and saturated with information... it's a wonderful resource, and the tools are great, but it's definitely a chore, at least it has been for me, to make any connections.I just signed up for Debbie DeBerry's group (I know, it's a lot), and I have to tell you--the amount of personalized support I already feel like I have access to--it's a game-changer for me.
