If you do not run for office or recruit the best of your friends to do so – where will we even find the new revolutionaries?

I'm not taking orders, but gauging interest on BP.The shirts are made in the US and I'll be recruiting the help of my 8 yr old daughter for processing, packaging, etc. 

Other small piece to keep in mind, search out assignments that are well paying with higher hourly and small stipends (this clearly depends on locations chosen but have your recruiter send breakdowns of options and this is a variable to keep in mind). 

I am trying to design a card to recruit more people to my buy list...I plan on going to some property auctions in my area and networking with potential investors there.Any suggestions for what a business card aimed at buyers should look like??

Do you have any bonus programs such as; in house sales, exceeding goals, recruiting other agents, etc.?

Then you have guys like Omar, refugees from the M&A/I-Banking, world whose skills have a lot of overlap, have survived a top 100 bank recruiting process, and have very deep understandings of the markets, risk, valuation ect. 

I get recruited back to my very good full time job with the REIT the day after my daughter was born.
