So far I have not had an issue and I take a photo to deposit the cheque right at the 1st of every month.

I actually did reach out to them about a couple properties they have with some identical photos asking for some clarification.

It would definitely be worth taking a few exterior photos of these comp properties to show the appraiser what's up. 

Air bnb was unwilling to compensate me for damages even though I had photo proof of all the rules being broken because I didn't have an "acceptable" invoice for the clean up.
