Hello all,          I'm needing some advice on LLC Setup (or not) for a STR business.

They charge 50% of net profit they pick the deals you put up all the money.They setup the llc in their name, make you a partner and keep half of the depreciation. 

I can set up the formulas to work in a way where 1 input can change numerous ones at the same time. 

If the LLC you set up was taxed as a sole proprietor then it would not file a tax return.
