Your best bet is to knock this one out of the park if you want to see consistent and higher cashflow. 

I would assume that the fire marshall would not be pleased if they saw this mess...Lastly, just from a common-sense perspective, if someone has so much stuff that it's stacked to the ceiling and spilling out all over the yard, then that's an unreasonable amount of stuff, and it's time for the tenant to get a storage unit (or rent a larger place).Think of it this way: If a tenant owned ten cars, you wouldn't let them park all over the yard and take up every parking space.

Are NNNs truly covering things like RTUs, parking lot resurfacing, all landscape and litter collection, all common area utilities, etc.  

Most of my clients purchase turnkey investment properties in areas like Old North, Merion Village, Southern Orchards, Old Towne East/King-Lincoln Bronzeville, Driving Park, North Linden, North Hilltop, Franklinton, Reynoldsburgh, and Hungarian Village.

Specifically, a location I am looking at is Ashford WA, near Mt Rainer National Park.

Besides being easier, on the 17 units there was a driveway and 36 parking lot owned by the HOA, that if there was a land subdivision would require other things. 

I would focus my research on properties that can bring an enjoyable experience to guests, such as nicely renovated house near lakes/state parks/national parks, with amenities like deck and perhaps suana and pool, also a bigger house that can host more people/pets/cars.

I am looking for suggestions on how to host these on a platform using AI and other new technology to help people match with a lender or build a list of investors for multi family, self storage, assisted living, short term rentals, mobile home parks, new construction etc.
