Has anyone had any experience with hiring/mentoring a new real estate investor to assist them?

Having a good mentor in your local area is also a great start.

So I guess you'd say he's becoming a mentor to me.We're both interested in getting into apartment deals and I am in talks with a realtor about a small complex from a older couple looking to retire.

So here I am, hoping you guys can inspire and mentor me on potentially making my first deal in the near future!

We have been attending their monthly meet up sessions and have made some good contacts - but have not found the right deal....I guess it's the "analysis paralysis" that I'm experiencing right now.
