Life happens, and people do sometimes have to break their leases due to marriage, divorce, death in family, job loss, etc.

You gotta budget your time much more closely and yes it will strain your marriage and yes it will take away time from your family and much of your income too , Atleast at first Here’s the thing you must understand though .

I would let them rent any of my homes (and I have a bunch).In terms of net income the wife probably has higher tax withheld then is currently necessary due to her husband's previous earnings and the so-called marriage penalty.
