Knowing Anthony is a GP and most of the feedback any GP gets on LinkedIn is from other GP and operators, the definition of success and therefore the competitive advantages that led to that success may be different.Track record: as we are seeing, a lot of established GPs are having trouble with deals, and either already have or are likely to lose at least some investor capital.  

That said, its been an establishment in the neighborhood for 4 yrs and now neighbors question what will move in next.  

I suspect this has a lot to do with the particular PM company. 

Also, you need to have whoever will be you end buyer or tenant in mind from the very start of the purchasing process.Twenty thousand dollars is a good start but also not a lot to get started with.  

What can’t you find within 15 mins of PF or Gatlinburg, a lot to build on or an existing property?
