I know a lot of investors really like owner financing so I just wanted to ask you all your thoughts about how to reach the largest number of investors that are looking for a creative way to purchase a property like this.Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am small time number 24 largest builder in Portland Or.. ( which sounds better than it is LOL) but did it by working my way up as a real estate agent working for developers on the sales side I made great commissions and learned the business from all aspects..

You could obviously probably refinance all the properties you mentioned giving you the largest sum of money to reinvest and done right this could probably work out very well.

Curious if anyone has deployed this strategy where you list the same property as two distinct listings on a platform like Airbnb or VRBO?

I owned the 2nd largest roofing company in Florida, and we did plenty with warranty...had zero issues arise....Multiple layers gets a bad wrap for no reason...mostly people just repeating what other people repeat...etc...

At fullcapacity it will be 80,000 residents, making it one of the largest current residential projects in the country.    

If that is not an option, Interview with a few of the Agents in your area that have the LARGEST Teams, they typically have the best 1 on 1 training, but beware, they are also Sharks who will chew you up and spit you out if you do not produce, it's how they got to be so big.

We are normally at 100 percent rental but I'm down one unit right now, lightly renovating the largest unit.
