Multiple listings for same property

Curious if anyone has deployed this strategy where you list the same property as two distinct listings on a platform like Airbnb or VRBO? If so, curious about your thinking and results?

I have two listings for the same property on AirBNB.  I don't do it on VRBO because of the cost involved.  It's a house where I have the option to close off the master suite and rent it as larger or smaller, depending on the party.  Thus, I have a listing for the larger house and one for the smaller.  Hasn't been a problem.  I have the calendars synced and I mention in my listing that if guests need a bigger/smaller accommodation, they should look at my other listing.  (I also only allow bookings for the smaller one a month in advance, since obv I want the bigger one to fill up first)

I'm currently under contract for a property that is ADA compliant, but will also appeal to guests without ADA needs.  I'll probably create two listings for that one as well - one geared towards ADA guests, one geared towards non-ADA guests.
