His company is Bullseye Real Estate We've used him mostly for small scale repairs, i.e. build a bathroom, repair the roofing, patch drywall, paint, kitchen install, masonry repair (front steps) etc.

It can use new windows and kitchen cabinets (the current ones are still functioning fine) but aesthetically and for value purposes, could benefit from a rehab.

The basement is a finished basement and is empty. there’s no kitchen in the basement either.

Most kitchen appliances are not there already so those will already need to be replaced.
